CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. September 1, 2010 – SHINE Systems & Technologies (SHINE) announced its participation on the CALNET Inc. (CALNET) Team awarded the OMNIBUS III contract for Service Area 3I by the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

OMNIBUS III is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $492M ceiling.
