The new Advisors include Dr. William T. Scherer, Faculty Member in University of Virginia’s (UVa) Department of Systems and Information Engineering since 1986, and Mark Kelton, a retired senior Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) executive with 34 years of intelligence operations experience.
