Versatility and Success Followed by Advancement
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. August 8, 2013 – SHINE Systems & Technologies, an innovation and analytics leader based in Charlottesville, announces the promotions of four key employees. Kerri Turner was named Manager of Human Resources; Casey Talley is moving into Training as an Assistant Manager; Julie Humble is now Marketing Specialist; and Adrea Robinson is a newly appointed Contracts Specialist.

With more than 12 years of experience in recruiting, Kerri brings a wealth of knowledge to the Human Resources department. Previously, she worked in the DC area as a top recruiter for administrative and mid-level management employees. Kerri enjoys the people and the people-first culture at SHINE and looks forward to further embracing and promoting that vision as the Human Resources Manager.
Casey Talley, Assistant Manager of Training

Casey began working at SHINE Systems in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant, and she has held a variety of positions within the company. The diversity of these roles have given her an immense amount of knowledge and experience, both of which she plans to use in her new position. She considers joining SHINE a rewarding professional experience and is excited to start working within the new Training business unit to bring SHINE’s novel approach to the marketplace.
Julie Humble, Marketing Specialist

Julie joined the marketing team in February of this year as Graphic Designer and has found quick success. She will be taking on an supervisory role as a result of recent personnel changes. Originally from Michigan, Julie is based out of the Martinsville office. She enjoys the familial culture within SHINE and likes that the company truly cares for the employees and its customers. She is excited to continue her personal and professional growth in such an organization.
Adrea Robinson, Contracts Specialist
Adrea Robinson
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Adrea returned to Charlottesville after working as a Contracts Administrator for another HUBZone business in northern Virginia. She started at SHINE Systems in February of 2013 as Contracts Administrator, and it has been a busy year for her. Adrea set an astonishing pace of moving approximately 20 proposals already for SHINE this year. She’s looking forward to the new responsibilities and challenges this position has to offer.
