Will Provide Professional Support Services to NGIC Counter Insurgency Targeting Program
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. September 25, 2013 – SHINE Systems & Technologies (SHINE), a leading intelligence analytics, identity intelligence, technology integration, training, and consulting services firm based in Charlottesville, VA has been awarded a HUBZone sole-source contract to provide professional support services to the U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP).
CITP was implemented in 2004 with a focus on Improvised Explosive Device (IED) targeting. This mission has rapidly grown in support of the Global War on Terrorism, creating the need for additional contract staffing. SHINE will offer support to CITP Intelligence Fusion Center operations including technical, process, and government analytic oversight as well as IT tools and database support.
