Scott has more than 28 years of experience working in and with the Federal Government in a variety of capacities. He began his career as a communications, computer, and Unix specialist in the U.S. Army, after his retirement from the military Scott became a Washington Editor’s Choice Award-winning Project Manager for the creation of the Best Data Mining Tool Suite as well as winning the Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence Best Practice Award.
Scott has worked with the SHINE Family of Businesses since 2012 in a multitude of roles. Currently, he is the Vice President of Operations for SHINE Systems, where he specializes in helping our clients and customers with Contract Management, Business Development, Business Capture, and Project Management.
