Paul Parmiter joined SHINE Systems in 2013 as a Program Manager on a DoD program at the National Ground Intelligence Center. Before this, Mr. Parmiter’s career included 14 years in the information/publishing industry with LexisNexis and 10 years in government contracting, most recently with Pragmatics. Mr. Parmiter has held various leadership positions, from work team level up through Director and VP level, successfully leading business units as large as 300 people and being responsible for up to $100M in annual revenue.
Mr. Parmiter has a B.A. from SUNY Oswego and his M.A. from SUNY Albany and is currently certified by the Program Management Institute as both a PMP and a PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner). His strengths are in program and project management, people leadership, coaching and mentoring, budget development and management, customer focus, and analytical thinking. His career demonstrates a passion for helping teams and business units drive revenue and achieve cost goals while enjoying their work.
